Hello! We just got back from a long weekend in St. George and Las Vegas and I have been stitching and painting to finish three adorable Easter & Spring patterns for you and me too! This one is Hippity Hoppity and is available in the Spring and Summer Pattern section.
Hippity Hoppity Embroidery Pattern
I stitched this on a white dot fabric to match the polka-dots on the frame. The frame is available in the Specialty Frame Section. The inside opening size is 8" x 10" and the outside is 12" x 14". I can't wait to get the other two posted. Hopefully by early next week!
We had a great weekend in St. George and Las Vegas. My sons in Phoenix have a long spring break so we get to play with them all the way back home. I LOVED the flowers...bright colors mixed in with the red rock is heaven to me.
We used to live in St. George and I miss it. I went by my old home which was on a golf course and under some large red bolders. The new owners have fixed it up even more and it looks amazing....sad but nice to see. The only thing I didn't like about St. George was the extreme heat in the summer. Anything over 100 degrees is way too hot for me!

We hiked up to the top of a cliff looking over the city. It was a great view except I am terrified of heights. The boys had a good laugh!
Lazy Daisy Cottage
I spent Saturday afternoon shopping all the quilt stores in the St. George area. The Lazy Daisy Cottage is one of my favorite places. It is located in old down town where you can find beautiful parks, antique shops, restaurants and of course great fabric. They had the largest selection of Minke I have seen. I splurged and bought some for MY bedroom!
IN-N-OUT
The best part of the weekend besides the four hours at the pool was getting to eat at IN-N-OUT burger's twice! My husband says they are the same as any other...but to us California transplants...IN-N-OUT is what a burger is allll about. Ps...I gained five pounds! See why?
We had a great time playing in the sun and it followed us home. We've had 70 degree weather all week. Unfortunately another snow storm is on it's way. Oh well....maybe I'll jump in the car and head south again. Want to come? I hope you have had a good week wherever you are. Talk to you soon...and keep giggling!
